3. Payment
The project cost and payment terms are agreed upon in advance.
Payment is typically divided into stages (initial deposit and final payment).
Late payments may result in the suspension of the project until full settlement is made.
4. Rights to Project Deliverables
Unless otherwise specified in the contract:
The client receives exclusive rights to the final deliverables after full payment is completed.
Kikkey Studio retains the right to use project visuals in its portfolio, on the website, and in promotional materials.
5. Client Responsibilities
For effective collaboration, the client agrees to:
Provide all necessary materials and access in a timely manner
Review and approve drafts promptly and respond to requests
Respect feedback deadlines to avoid delays in the project timeline
6. Cancellation and Refunds
The project may be terminated by either party with written notice.
In the event of cancellation, the client is responsible for payment for the portion of work already completed.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any losses, indirect damages, or interruptions arising from the use of the website or materials created outside the approved scope of work or technical specification.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel (or another jurisdiction if specified separately).
All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
